Accessibility

The Lecture Theatre at the Cancer Research UK Scotland Institute is wheelchair accessible and fitted with a hearing loop. A BSL interpreter is available on request, and the two keynote talks and the closing panel are live-captioned. If an access requirement is not listed here, contact the organisers and it will be arranged.

Travel grants are available for people who could not otherwise attend, and caring-responsibility funding covers childcare or eldercare costs for the day. Both are requested on the registration form; the chair follows up directly. A code of conduct applies to everyone present and is available from the organisers.
